All booking requests are subject to confirmation by Corte Giusti and shall not be considered final until the guest receives an explicit booking confirmation from us.

Submitting a booking request, as well as receiving any automatic communication acknowledging receipt of the request, does not constitute confirmation of the booking.

Final confirmation is also subject to payment of the required amount, in accordance with the terms and deadlines communicated by Corte Giusti, and to the submission of all documentation required for the stay.

Unless explicit confirmation has been received from Corte Giusti and all required payment and documentation requirements have been fulfilled, the booking shall not be considered confirmed.
